This is how it went:

1) 1009 Cornerstone Place, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 was built & owned by Sierra 2598, Inc.

2) Sierra 2598 Inc. sold 1009 Cornerstone Place, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 to Trish Michelle VanArsdale (AKA: Sierra - that is the name she uses for reasons acceptable in Sin City - coincidence...hmmm).

3) Trish Michelle VanArsdale (AKA: Sierra) added Peter Bertrand Todd (her husband & father to her child, S**h) to the deed to the house at 1009 Cornerstone Place, North Las Vegas, NV 89031.

4) Peter Bertrand Todd (her husband & father to her child, S**h) removed Trish Michelle VanArsdale (AKA: Sierra) from the deed to 1009 Cornerstone Place, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 and Trish Michelle VanArsdale (AKA: Sierra) & S**h moved out.

5) My daughter Jessica Foster moved into the house at 1009 Cornerstone Place, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 with Peter Bertrand Todd (whom Jessie believed to be her fiancé at that time) and his identical twin brother, James Todd (North Las Vegas physical education counselor...or something like that, with the kids).

6) My daughter Jessica Foster went missing from the house at 1009 Cornerstone Place, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 on March 29, 2006 and the last person known to have seen/heard from her is Peter Bertrand Todd (whom he believed was her fiancé at that time) after packing her belongings to move back home to Canada, after being physically threatened & harmed by Trish Michelle VanArsdale (AKA: Sierra). I have spoken to a witness to this.

7) James Todd (Peter's twin brother) moved out of the house at 1009 Cornerstone Place, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 on April 15, 2006...2 weeks after my daughter Jessica Foster suddenly vanished.

8) Peter Bertrand Todd put the house at 1009 Cornerstone Place, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 up for sale shortly after that.

Trish is Peter's wife and her 'prostitute' name is Sierra and Sierra 2598 Inc is the name of her 'business'...the police are quoted in the news and in an article as saying, "Peter Todd is wealthy but has no job or legal source of income"...what the heck? The police say that but what do they do about it? That is what I want to know..
